Tank and Reservoir Options

A power up and down assembly featuring an all-cast iron valve body with a chrome spool and a high-quality relief set to 3250 psi.

It is mounted on a 21-quart reservoir with a 10-micron strainer, 1 1/4" pipe thread outlet.

Can be operated with the 130-016 push pull cable or upgraded to air operation. Our 120-284 toggle air kit has everything you need to install the air system including a toggle switch in the cab and air lines.

This is the standard valve tank combo in all our LL 400 thru LL800 hoists packages.

A double valve  system that is designed for operating the hoist and a dump gate, auger, or any other reason a second valve would be needed. The first valve is our power up and down valve set at 3250 psi. The second valve is also power up and power down with a pressure rating of 1500 psi that can be adjusted up to 3250.

Designed for use with the LL 400 thru LL 800 hoists    where a second valve is needed.

Sealed Deutsch connectors, and 2 button pendant style remote, with pressure relief set at 3250 psi. Oil supplied from your PTO driven pump at up to 10 gpm.

Made for ease of installation.  Supply 12 volts to the valve, route the pendant into the cab. Plumbs like any other valve. Fast and easy.

Comes with a 2-button pendant and a 25” cord. Or order the 125-794 and get it less remote and do your own wiring to a dash switch.

130-205 Is an Electric over hydraulic single motor and single valve unit: 

Powered by single 12volt electric motor with our exclusive power up, power down, or gravity down three-button controller. Wireless option available. Is designed for the LL400 thru LL800 hoists. Provides reliable operation with lower cost. Raise times from 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on hoist model.

Our two-valve electric over hydraulic valve pump combination.  Use this option where you need two hydraulic systems such as running a hoist and a dump gate.

This unit is engineered for reliability and longevity at an affordable price. Use with LL400 - LL800 Models.

The first valve operates at 3200 psi up and 1500 psi down. The second valve operates at 3200 psi up and 700 psi down.

Reservoir supplies 4 qts useable oil from a single reservoir.

Supplied with a 4-button remote (Power up, power down) and a 25’ cord. 

Twin motor single valve electric over hydraulic pump valve combination.

When our 130-205 will not raise your hoist fast enough this twin motor unit will nearly double the lift speed on those large cylinder hoists. 

Ideal for our LL 700 and LL800 models. Used on LL400 - LL800's. 

Pushes 3200 psi and 2 gpm. Perfect for the customer that wants faster cycle times on the truck or trailer that is not PTO compatible.

Supplied with a 15’ cord and a 3-button remote. And all the hoses and fittings you need.
